- Cancellation & rescheduling timeframe:
If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, you can do so via your Live Session Control Panel in your profile, with at least 48 hours notice before the scheduled start time. If you are unable to do so, the session will be non-refundable.
As there is a lot of demand for sessions, this limit is necessary in order to avoid empty spaces for sessions cancelled on short notice, which could have been available for other learners.
Transcription service for sessions you can’t attend
If you are unable to give 48 hours notice, I’ll always be happy to use the scheduled time period for the session to work on a guitar transcription of your choice instead.
In this case, please send a message to Kieran via the on-site messaging system in your profile, with a Youtube song link.
- No-Show Policy:
If you fail to attend a scheduled lesson, it will be considered a “no-show” and will therefore be non-refundable. In this instance, the transcription service would not be available.
- Exceptional Circumstances:
Rescheduling of sessions within 48 hours of the scheduled start time can be considered in exceptional circumstances.
