Now that the strumming directions are starting to make sense, we’ll explore how to strum two upstrokes in a row without getting in a tangle.

We’ll also be upping our reading game, introducing 8th note rests and ties, and learning how to correctly execute them using mutes and letting the strings ring over a beat.
